Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Sekushi (the “service”), operated by [Company name], [Country of incorporation]. You agree to them when you enter the service and again when you buy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using our characters
- Watch here as often as you like, on your own devices.
- Share the link, not the file. Links to our pages, and anything we mark shareable, are welcome.
- No copies. Don't download, screen-record or repost our videos and images: not on social media, not in group chats, not on other sites.
- No new versions. No edits, deepfakes, look-alikes, AI models or companion bots of our women.
- Not for sale. No commercial use of our content, our characters or their names.
- Breaking the rules. Copying paid content can cost you your access, and we ask sites to remove copies.
- Your rights stay. The law still lets you quote, review and parody fairly.
Want to use a character for something else? Write to [contact email]. The full rules are sections 3, 5 and 7 of these terms; this box summarises them and takes none of your rights away.
1. Adults only
The service contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and only where such material is lawful for you to access. You confirm this each time you use the service.
2. What the service is
The service publishes short video series featuring computer-generated characters. Every person depicted is generated by artificial intelligence, is fictional, is depicted as an adult, and is not based on and does not resemble any real person. No performers took part. If you believe an image resembles a real person, see our content complaints page.
3. Purchases and access
3.1 Buying. Some episodes are free; others are unlocked by a one-time purchase per series or episode. Access is tied to the browser that made the purchase unless we provide another mechanism. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor under its own terms; we never see your full card details.
3.2 Your licence. Opening a free episode, or buying a series or episode, gives you a licence to watch that content by streaming it on the service, on devices you control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. The licence is personal to you and non-exclusive, and you cannot transfer, sell or share it. It does not include any right to download, keep, copy, publicly show or pass on the content, or to use our characters in any other way.
3.3 How long it lasts. Your licence to content you bought lasts for as long as we offer that content on the service [solicitor: minimum period / refund if withdrawn]. It ends earlier only if you or we end it under section 9. Your licence to free content ends when we stop offering it.
3.4 Meanings. “Content” means everything on the service: videos, images, sound, voices, text and design. “Characters” means the women depicted on the service, including their names, faces, bodies, voices, personalities and stories, however they are shown.
4. Refunds
Digital content is delivered immediately on purchase. Our refund policy explains when a refund is given.
5. Acceptable use
5.1 Watch on the service only. You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- (a) download, save, screen-record, film or otherwise capture content, other than the temporary copies your device makes to play the stream;
- (b) post, upload, stream, send or sell content, or any copy, clip, capture or screenshot of it, anywhere outside the service, including social media, messaging apps and groups, forums, and file-sharing or video sites;
- (c) share links to copies of our content held anywhere other than the service;
- (d) share, sell or lend your access, including purchase links, cookies or login details;
- (e) use content or characters for any commercial purpose, including advertising, merchandise, paid or ad-funded channels, subscription accounts, or other adult or AI companion services;
- (f) make, publish or share material that copies or imitates our characters, such as edits, face or body swaps, look-alike or sound-alike characters, new images or videos of them, or AI model files (for example LoRAs, embeddings or voice models) made from our content;
- (g) use content to train, fine-tune, distil, evaluate, prompt or otherwise improve any artificial-intelligence model or system;
- (h) scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, or access it with bots or other automated tools;
- (i) remove, hide, crop out or alter any watermark, label or embedded information in the content;
- (j) get around the paywall, age checks, access controls or any other technical measure.
5.2 What you may do. You may share links to pages of the service. You may share images or clips that the service marks as shareable, if you do not alter them or remove their labels, and you follow the rules of the site where you post them. For any other use, write to [contact email].
5.3 Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms stops you doing anything the law allows without our permission, such as fair dealing for quotation, criticism or review, or for caricature, parody or pastiche. If you publish any of our content in reliance on such a right, you must say that it was generated by artificial intelligence (section 6).
5.4 If you break section 5. We may:
- (a) ask you to remove what you have posted;
- (b) if the breach is serious or repeated (for example, posting or selling copies of paid content), end your licence and access under section 9, without refunding the purchase whose content was copied [solicitor to confirm];
- (c) ask websites and search engines to remove copies; and
- (d) ask a court to stop the breach and to award damages for the loss it has caused.
We will never charge you a fixed penalty.
6. Model licence terms that pass to you
Our videos are generated with MiniMax H3, whose licence requires us to bind you to its use restrictions. You agree that you will not use any video, image, or other output from this service: outside the territory in which we are licensed to offer it; to train, fine-tune, distil, or otherwise improve any artificial-intelligence model; in any way that breaks the law, infringes anyone’s rights, harms minors, impersonates a real person, or disregards the social and ethical standards of the country you are in; or, when you share any of it as section 5.2 or 5.3 allows, without disclosing that it was generated by artificial intelligence. Suspected violations can be reported on our content complaints page and are acted on promptly.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Ours. The content and characters are created by [Company name] and belong to us or to those who license them to us. Depending on the material, they are protected by copyright (including copyright in films and sound recordings), by trade marks, and by these terms. We keep every right we do not expressly give you in section 3.
7.2 Made with AI. Our content is generated with artificial-intelligence tools and written, directed, selected and edited by our team. The law on rights in AI-generated material differs between countries and is changing. Whatever rights exist in a particular piece of content where you are, you agree, as a condition of using the service, to use it only as these terms allow.
7.3 Names and brands. Sekushi, our logos and our characters’ names are our trade marks. Do not use them for goods or services, or in any way that suggests a connection with us.
7.5 Reporting copies. If you see our content or characters used outside the service, tell us at [contact email].
8. No warranties
The service is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 5 to 10 survive termination.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. Each version is named by the date it takes effect, shown at the top of this page. A new version applies to you once you accept it, which we ask you to do the next time you enter the service or buy something. If a change is material, we will tell you what has changed when we ask. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country of incorporation], and disputes go to its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
